Refund & Cancellation Policy – SPGM DIGITAL

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, revisions and refunds are processed for services and digital products purchased from SPGM DIGITAL (spgmdigital.com). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Our goal is to deliver professional work with high quality and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital products, customised services and development-based projects, refunds are handled carefully under specific conditions only.

  1. Service-Based Project Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work progress and type of service purchased.

All upfront payments are considered booking & resource allocation charges, and are non-refundable once work begins.

  1. Digital Products / Tools / Plugins / Downloads

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • WordPress Plugins
    • Premium Tools & Scripts
    • Digital Downloads (PDF/apk/zip/code)
    • Templates, Graphics & Source Files

Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable products, we cannot revoke access once the file is delivered. Therefore, no refund shall be provided.

However, if you face technical issues, we do provide free support and bug fixing within a reasonable time frame.

  1. Website Development & Custom Projects

Refunds are offered only if:

✔ The client submits a valid reason for dissatisfaction
✔ We are unable to complete the project as agreed
✔ Project cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment
✔ No major development progress has been completed

No refunds for custom-coded features once delivered.

Revisions will be handled under project terms, not as refund grounds.

  1. Graphic Design, Video Editing & Thumbnail Work

These services are customised based on client requirements, so refunds are limited to specific cases:

  • If the project has not started → up to 60% refund
    • If initial draft is shared → up to 25% refund
    • After completion or delivery → No refund

Unlimited revisions (if included in package) apply within the project scope, not for new concept requests.

  1. Client Cancellation Requests

Clients may cancel a project at any time by contacting us directly. However:

  • Completed work will be charged proportionately
    • Advance payment will be adjusted against completed work
    • Any pending balance must be cleared before cancellation approval
  1. Late Payment / Non-Communication Policy

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14 days or more, the project may be paused or closed automatically.
No refund will be issued for abandoned or inactive projects.

To resume, a new timeline & additional fee may apply based on pending work.

  1. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be initiated within 7 to 14 business days
    • The amount will be credited to the original payment method only
    • Transaction/processing fees, payment gateway charges may be deducted
  1. Changes to Policy

SPGM DIGITAL reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice. Changes will be posted with a revised date below.
